A care home is only as good as its staff

At The RedHouse, we pride ourselves in having some of the most experienced people in nursing.

Above and beyond

We have around 50 warm and friendly staff–a number well above the CQC* recommended staffing ratios.

Most staff are qualified to NVQ2 or even NVQ3 level and have certificates in Infection Control, Health & Safety, Moving and Handling and Food Hygiene to name a few.

Long-term happiness

We work hard to keep our staff happy, knowing the effects will be felt by our residents.

To that end, over 80% have been with us at least 5 years. Some have been with us for over 10 years and a handful for more than 20 years!
